Journey of The Good Life

Anxiety can impede us from achieving our hearts desires and unable to live in the world as we would choose, leaving us feeling stuck and desperate.


My approach to healing involves a combination of coaching and counselling, to get you moving in the right direction.



Coaching can support us to make gradual steps toward realisation of our desires.

We embark on a heroic journey, in which each step we release our fears and bring ourselves back to fulfilment in life.

My approach to exposure exercises places an emphasis on the realisation of our own vision, rather than merely defeating our anxiety.


Counselling helps us to reflect on our history and make meaning of our past experiences so that we can move forward in acceptance and standing in our own personal power.

We also reflect on the meaning of our lives, so that we can move forward with purpose that will support us in feeling engaged with the world in a healthy and joyful way.
